2 1/2 inch or 3 inch fluttering iron useful for blacksmithing swords and other items that have to have a flat surface when finished.
These irons are US government surplus left over from World War II. They were originally destined to go on board liberty ships that never sailed out of Panama City because the war ended before they could get to see service.
