ABANA National Curriculum 1.13 Monkey

Service Description

From a 1" Square Bar - cut a 3 1/2" Piece set a 1/2" x 7/8" Drifted Hole in the side then drill hole to match Tenon diameter of 1/32"-1/16" Monkey Tool must have a slot punched and drifted oval hole. Struck end must be tapered and tenon end must have a hole drilled to match the tenon with a 1/32" countersink. The drilled end must also have a 1/32" to 1/16" crown. Once complete, Case Harden the working face. Disclaimer - this is the ABANA level one project.
