Service Description
From a 1" Square Bar - cut a 3 1/2" Piece set a 1/2" x 7/8" Drifted Hole in the side then drill hole to match Tenon diameter of 1/32"-1/16" Monkey Tool must have a slot punched and drifted oval hole. Struck end must be tapered and tenon end must have a hole drilled to match the tenon with a 1/32" countersink. The drilled end must also have a 1/32" to 1/16" crown. Once complete, Case Harden the working face. Disclaimer - this is the ABANA level one project. I am NOT an ABANA instructor but am working toward the ABANA level 1 and this is your opportunity to join me on the journey.

To cancel please give us at least 72 hours notice so we might be able to offer your class slot to another participant. SAFETY first! Wear natural fiber long trousers and solid shoes. No synthetic fabrics: blue jeans and leather boots work best. Long sleeve natural fiber (i.e. cotton) shirt is recommended. Eye protection - safety glasses - will be provided and must be worn at all times when working. Ear protection will be available.
