Fire Tools for the Forge

Service Description

Starting from 1/2-inch square stock and using the power hammer you will quickly draw out your first tool, the rake. We will then use a swedge block to make the shovel head and finally rivet the head to another 1/2-inch square bar. Both projects will be ornamented as time permits. We will also discuss building a simple dirt box forge so you will have a place to use these tools. We will have plenty of cold water available but if you have another preference, please bring your own.
