Service Description
Get ready to channel your inner pirate during our Forge a Pirate’s Cutlass workshop at Traditions Workshop. This three-day advanced class is perfect for those who have already taken our "Introductory Knife" or "Introduction to Blacksmithing" classes. During the workshop, we’ll work from 9:30am to 3pm each day fashioning your very own cutlass. However, don't worry if you need extra time, the shop is open until 6pm. Our experienced blacksmiths will guide you through each step of the process, ensuring that you leave with a finished cutlass that’s ready to take on the high seas. Don’t miss out on the chance to create your own Billy Bowlegs-worthy weapon at Traditions Workshop. Bring a lunch or plan to visit one of our local fast-food places.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel please give us at least 72 hours notice so we might be able to offer your class slot to another participant. SAFETY first! Wear natural fiber long trousers and solid shoes. No synthetic fabrics: blue jeans and leather boots work best. Long sleeve natural fiber (i.e. cotton) shirt is recommended. Eye protection - safety glasses - will be provided and must be worn at all times when working. Ear protection will be available.
