Forge Napkin Rings

Service Description

This will be a fast-paced class. Starting from 3/8" stock we will isolate material to forge the leaf and draw back the remainder with a long taper to 5 inches. We will then curl the tip and finish by wrapping the taper around a mandrel to create 1" diameter rings. As the project cools we will brush the leaf with a brass brush to transfer brass and color the project. THEN we will (hopefully) make 5 or 7 more, guess it depends on how many people you plan to invite to dinner. Solid shoes and long, natural fiber, trousers required; long sleeve shirt recommended.
