This is another class on forge welding, but with a practical twist. Once we forged weld the rings, we will also make some staples with tenons on the end so you can anchor your ring onto a board without splitting the board. A practical project with a lot of applications. You are making the ring that you see on the side of the box, not the whole box. It takes me several days to build these Viking sea chests. The class is only on how to make one part of the hardware. We have several other classes in this series where you make other parts of the hardware. Lunch from Sonny's BBQ included.
